These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of poi-plugin-notice-webhook (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The Service is a Webhook notification plugin for poi, a browser proxy tool for the game Kantai Collection. It sends notifications for in-game events such as expedition completions, repairs, and construction to Discord or Slack.
2. Eligibility
- The Service is intended for personal use
- Use from outside Japan is permitted, but Japanese law applies
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Excessive requests or DoS attacks against the Service
- Sending illegal content through the Service
- Transferring or sharing your account with third parties
- Attempting to obtain authentication credentials through reverse engineering
4. Service Modifications and Termination
The operator may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. Where possible, advance notice will be provided before termination.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
- The operator is not responsible for delayed or undelivered notifications
- The operator is not responsible for outages of external services such as Discord or Slack
- The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service
6. Open Source License
The plugin source code is published under the MIT License. These Terms apply to the use of the cloud backend service.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on GitHub.
